Incase you need to be briefed, The culinary highlight for the autumn season throughout Hong Kong is undoubtedly the hairy crab (also known as the mitten crab). Available for only a limited time (mid-October - end of November), it's worth seeking out if you're in town as locals go crazy for the stuff!
